I stayed at Roomers for 5 days on my Istanbul trip. It was ok, very basic and average rooms. The walls aren’t very sound proof, so if you are a sensitive sleeper I would keep this in mind. I had trouble with my next door room guest on the first night and the staff managed to change my room. The staff are very friendly. So many good restaurants and bars in Nisantasi. If you want a stay in a nice area on a budget, I’d say this is a good place to book.

Great location, good price, I arrived midnight, first they gave a bad room underground but when I claimed they gave me a room at floor 1 with a view to trees, it was very good stay and a great location and friendly staff was considerable.

Excellent stay

I stayed for just 1 night,on arrived i was upgraded to a nicer room. Everyone was very polite,especially Ahmed who help me with my luggages and made sure that i had all that i required during my very short stay.The area is perfect close to high end shopping, restaurants etc.Will certainly go back

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It was a complete disaster! We had no hot water for four days, and even after informing the staff, nothing was done about it. We only received a towel after three days. The staff is unfriendly and rude—you can't ask them anything without getting an attitude. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

Don’t expect your daily bottle or housekeeping, coming by and cleaning and picking up the garbage, more of a self-serve kind of a place. No English don’t even ask, don’t even ask for anything he’ll probably not get it. Had to wait an extra hour in the lobby because front desk didn’t wanna deal with me. Quite literally he told me check-in is at three getting informed when it clearly said 2 PM on all the paperwork, stay on your toes.

The room was in the basement which wasn't indicated in the internet. It had a very bad pillow. The equipments in the room was ok. The next day I asked to change the pillow and put anew water for the next night but when I came at night it wasn't changed and no water. Last morning there was no hot water for shower. The pictures were not accurate.

I took their cheapest plan since I was going to stay for only a night. But even though it was the cheapest, it was nothing like the pictures. I would also like to mention that the towels were not replaced and there was hair on both the towels and the bed. It was an underground room with an out of order window. It was too cramped and the walls were in a terrible state as well. I was there for a certain concert so I only returned to the room to sleep but I expected more from it nevertheless.

Oda kesinlikle temiz değildi. Yerlerde tozlar yemek kırıntıları, Tuvalette saçlar ve bir önceki misafirlerden kalan kişisel eşyalar vardı. 14:00 yazan otele giriş saatinde otele gittiğimizde saat 15:00 da alabileceklerini söylediler. Sürekli olarak koridordan sesler geliyordu bu yüzden sık sık uykumuzdan uyanmak zorunda kaldık bu kötü deneyim sonucunda konaklamamızı tamamlamadan otelden çıkıp başka bir otele gitmek zorunda kaldık.

Beklediğimin çok üstünde bir otel. İstanbul’da kalınabilecek en güzel ama en güvenilir ve en iyi otellerden birisi burası. Tüm çalışanlar müthiş tecrübeli ve güler yüzlü. Restoran kısmında hizmet harika, yemekler beklediğimin çok çok üstünde. Dışarı çıkıp yemek yemeye bile ihtiyaç duymadım. Spa bölümü tertemiz, hijyenik ve geniş bir alan. Fırat bey, Onur Bey, Helin hanım harika insanlar olup tamamen müşteri odaklı ve güler yüzlüler. Odalar tek kelimeyle mükemmel. İstanbul’a geldiğimde sadece bu otelde kalıyorum, takdir edilesi bir işletme , çok sevgiler . The best hotel in town…All Perfect! Thanks

Keyifli Bir Konaklama Deneyimi

07.11.2024-09.11.2024 tarihleri arasında konakladım. Konum olarak çok iyi. Osmanbey Metro durağına 5 dakika , Rumeli Caddesi otobüs durağına 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Öyle ki Avrupa Yakasında gezerken 1 saat dinlenmek için üşenmeden gittim. Tek kişi konakladığım için küçük oda tercih ettim. Oda genel olarak temizdi. Kişisel bakım için setler mevcuttu. Tek kişilik oda Bodrum kattaydı ve odaya ilk girişte tuhaf bir koku gelebiliyordu odadan fakat klimayı çalıştırdığınızda 2 dakika sonra o koku kalmıyordu. Hizmet anlamında çok bir ihtiyacım olmadı. Nişantaşı ana caddesinin alt sokağında kaldığı için bütün ihtiyaçları dışarıda halledebiliyorsunuz. Fiyatı yazmama gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum , etraftaki otellere göre çok uygun kalıyor. Bir sonraki seyahatte de tercih edeceğim.

Mein Zimmer hat nach Abwasser und Schimmel gestunken. Besonders Schimmel und Dreck im Badezimmer. Das Zimmer ist im Keller und absolut nicht geeignet, zu laut und unglaublicher Gestank. Das einzig gute ist die Lage.
