Located very close to Taksim Square, this is a small boutique hotel with a compact reception area and no additional facilities. I stayed in the studio with balcony on the penultimate (4th) floor, which overlooked the narrow street outside.
The balcony is small and the door only opens halfway so you can't put the chairs outside.
The room itself is fairly small but includes basic tea and coffee facilities and a kettle. There is no fridge, and unfortunately the WiFi dropped out frequently, so I ended up using mobile data instead.
The bed was the main downside for me, as the mattress felt worn and seemed to have broken springs, which affected comfort. On the plus side, there is a good smart TV, and although the bathroom is compact, the rain shower is very powerful.
One thing to note is that the room gets a lot of natural light at dawn, so it’s not ideal if you like sleeping in, as blackout blinds would make a big difference.
Overall, it was quiet and the location is excellent. With a more comfortable mattress and blackout blinds, the stay would be significantly improved. That said, for the price, it represents reasonable value.
