Excellent location , next to Sishane Metro which can connect to most part of Istanbul city. Also just beside Tunel , a tram ride that brings you to & from the Pier. Hotel is just along shopping street with many restaurants & cafes.

Best sunrise ever.

We stayed one night as we had a mix up with our flights and it was amazing. The view was worth every penny and the location was right by main street and next to a metro station. We even watched a film in the hotub together.

Perfect location and still

It was great stay. Staff was friendly, clean and the location was perfect for my stay. It can be noisy all night if you're on the main street if you're a light sleeper.

Amazing location, comfortable stay

The hotel is at an excellent location and the view from the room was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location at the price. The service was a bit tardy at times but the overall friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and overall condition and the comfort of the stay more than made up for it. There are ample restaurants and shops around, the place is always bustling and the metro is just around the corner. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Thanks to staff members Emre, Fatih, Mustafa, and Tan. Special thanks to Tatiana, she was very helpful, considerate and provided excellent service .The hotel is very clean and quiet and the metro is few steps away .The area is safe at night too.

The one staff that was most helpful was a male room cleaner on level 2. He was very generous and helpful with every interaction. I don't remember his name but he was maybe late 40's. This guy was best staff interaction

The air conditioner does not work. I woke up in the middle of the night with so much heat. The rooms are really very small. It is suffocating, so much so that we had to leave in the middle of our first night. It isnt 4 star at all.

All the service at the hotel was great, sour part was when I’ve discovered that money were stolen from my back pack and from the safe box. Really sad, it was $3000 in total worst part is the reaction of the management when they received my complain. No attempt for call to contact with me to explain what action they are taking to solve the situation . Only explanation was that “ we don’t run business like this” who ever did this had access to key for safe box. They could have start there, but they were protecting there staff without solving the situation for the customer. When police showed up, they found that cameras were not working only thing they had is the record of access to my room. Hope you can draw conclusions about the place. Don’t leave money in the room, or for similar price or less get safer hotel for your self.

location is superb, right on Istiklal Street and in the middle of action, a bit hard to access by car but convenient for shopping and dining, it's clean and the staff are very nice and supportive, our room had a very nice view overlooking the Bosphorus Trait.
