The hotel is very good, always clean and shiny, housekeeper is very good, Tukay is accommodating. Thanks for the birthday surprise from the guest relation officer. Overall we enjoy our stay and can't complain any.

The only person who does a great job in that location is just the cleaning lady. She did a excellent job. She’s so nice and the breakfast was really good other than that the Internet was bad transportation bad communication with the teams really bad. Good hotel but remember it's an old hotel.

Good facilities however the hotel is old. So don't expect new 5 star. The decor and wear and tear definitely shows. Also the noise travels quickly. Staff here are excellent and friendly. Quick to help. The staff here make up for the building being old and worn out. Bathrooms need a refurbishment or at least a new mastic seal all round.

The location is perfect – close to public transportation and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and modern amenities. I think necessary some improvements.

The hotel seems be quite old, 1 restaurant good for breakfast but not appealing for lunch or dinner… difficult believe restaurant of 5 star hotel. In the room only one small bottle if shampoo no shower gel …..personel at floor say they run out of it. . SPA same level , many lockers out of order. Area where hotel is located quite low appealing even there no restaurant walking distance.

Unfortunately this property was the worst we’ve stayed in so far. Really dirty, staff were moody definitely should not be a 5 star! Far from the centre, and air conditioning was not working in the room had to change rooms also which was inconvenient.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, car park not fit for purpose, damaged the underside of my car going in and out it. No one to help with the bags when checking in, had to do it myself, the receptionist couldn’t care less, WiFi not working most of the time, constant power cuts in the room. Breakfast selection was rubbish, no chocolate Nutella for the kids, kept blaming suppliers, how hard can it be just to go to your local market and pick one up instead of saying no to your customers, Housekeeping non existent.
