First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.

Best hotel

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.

I had paid for a balcony room only to be told that the hotel no longer has balcony rooms due to security reason. I wish I had known that in advance. Hotel and staff are average. Breakfast is very limited. It took the lady 20 minutes to cook some eggs while there was no one waiting.

I was disappointed when I booked 3 Deluxe King Sized Bedrooms and the hotel gave us only 2 King Sized Bedrooms and a twin beds. The answer the receptionist gave was it was Expedia who put in the order of 2 King Sized Bedrooms and it wasn’t their fault. How can Hotels.com treat a gold member this way??😡😡
