Room was clean, air-conditioning worked very well. Nice shower with hot water. Two things stood out more for us, the top quality delicious breakfast and amazing staff. The Chef was awesome who helped us one time, out of scheduled breakfast times. Every staff member we interacted with was humble and very helpful. Great staff and delicious breakfast!

We stayed for about 5 days and the rooms were bearable. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. Nusret Kutlu (Chef) along with Sumeyra were great. Conversational and enjoyable to be around. The breakfast was definitely something you do not want to iss. Challenging parking though depending on the day. Could have better direction.

perfect stay

First of all, the staff were very friendly. The employee who assisted me during check-in was very kind, and the one who helped me with parking my car was extremely helpful and understanding. The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel, the rooms, and the bathrooms were all very clean. Overall, it provided perfect comfort for me. I would like to thank the hotel and its staff.

PLEASE STAY HERE! Simply amazing!

Please stay at the Ramada Golden Horn hotel! The breakfast buffet is 5 star with custom omelettes and amazing service! My wife and her sister had a 90 minute deep tissue massage at the spa, with a Turkish bath and sauna also! The rooms were clean, modern, and the Internet worked well also! Say hi to Mert and the staff from me! Shaun from Chicago!

I think this stuff should be a little friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel that. Kind of clean place can’t complain about that. We have stayed here for eight days. Breakfast is the same over over and over every single day. showers are very, very small and tiny
