PLEASE STAY HERE! Simply amazing!

Please stay at the Ramada Golden Horn hotel! The breakfast buffet is 5 star with custom omelettes and amazing service! My wife and her sister had a 90 minute deep tissue massage at the spa, with a Turkish bath and sauna also! The rooms were clean, modern, and the Internet worked well also! Say hi to Mert and the staff from me! Shaun from Chicago!

Uçağımızın rötar yapması neeeni ile oldukça geç bir saatte otele giriş yaptık. Çocuğumuz kucağımızda uyur halde idi. Resepsiyon görevlisi Azad Bey bizi büyük bir nezaketle karşıadığı gibi, hiç bekletmeksizin odaya geçişimizi sağladı. Karşılama ve ilgiden çok memnun kaldık. Odada telefon çekmiyordu. Wifi sinyali de oldukça zayıftı. Girişte herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı açıkçası yapılmasını beklerdim. Bir sabah temizlik personelinin odaya dalmaya çalışmasıyla yataktan sıçradım. Kapının zincir kilidini kapatmıştım da giremedi. Resespiyona bildirdiğimde özür dileriz kusura bakmayın dediler sağolsunlar. Temizlik olarak herhangi bir kusur görmedim gayet iyiydi. Ancak yatak yastık konfor açısından pek yeterli değildi. Genel olarak ortalama bir deneyimdi.
