Booking was easy Communication with hotel directly and through hotels.com was terrible. Spent hours trying to request airport transfer and request late check in but ended up booking my private airport transfer While I was passing through airport security to travel to Istanbul I had a call and message from hotel directly that my booking is cancelled and I had to call conference organisers to contact hotel and confirm my room booking Once arrived at hotel check in was easy and had comfortable stay for four days Hotel rooms could do with upgrade of decor though

Please dont acept room 2107 you will not sleep because of noise of trafic very bad sound isolation pay 80 euro to not sleep . And breakfast very poor and after i paid breakfast in the price of.accomodation wanted again me.to pay . Room vwry nice Bathroom good Size good The rest very bad.

Once i arrived there the girl in the reception was so rude and cold with me no smile,no welcome… When i check my room i asked them for a kettle because the one in the room was so dirty and full of limeston they said that they have only this one so i kept going to reception every time i need hot water The bed was full of bed bugs they bites me in all my body The house keeper didn’t change my towels every day I was so desperate after my stay there and i will never go there anymore

The staff at the loby was absolutely very verrryyy friendly! But the staff at the breakfast omg… no smile, bad service,.. We really expected a much better breakfast and staff at the breakfast. They were certainly children, not professional. The room was great and very clean. No sound from other rooms or corridor but don’t forget the Istanbul traffic and that the room has a full glass wall. We heard a lot of noise all the time from the outside.

Giriş esnasında sıra vardı, ikinci bir görevli ile hızlandırılabilirdi. Aynı zamanda yeterli bilgilendirme yapıldığını düşünmüyorum. Kaldığım odanın penceresi ilk katta olmasına rağmen teras gibi bir yapıya açılıyordu, bu alan bakımsız ve kirliydi. Yine aynı yerden odaya karınca giriyordu. Şampuan şişesi boştu, kontrolleri yapılmamış. Buzdolabı soğuk tutmuyordu. Kahvaltı zayıf. 25 Euro ücreti var. Kahvaltı öncesi bilgi veren görevli 20 Euro olarak bilgilendirmişti, yanlışmış. Konumu iyi. Gürültü yoktu.

Oda servisi diye bir şey yok! Gece tuvalet kağıdımız bitti aldığımız cevap ancak ertesi sabah tedarik edilebileceği oldu! Gece giriş yaptığımızda odada terlik yoktu yine sabah tedarik edilebileceği söylendi. Oda + kahvaltı şeklinde satın aldık ve ödemeyi girişten önce yaptık, ancak sabah kahvaltınız dahil değil ekstra ödemelisiniz denildi! Çok sonra karışık ilık çözülebildi. Her gece odaya giriş yapacakken elektronik kart çalışmadı resepsiyondan her gece tanımlatmak gerekti. Sıcak su inanılmaz istikrarsızdı, bir sıcak aktı bir soğuk aktı!!!
