Place is nice. Staff is helpful.. the only thing I didn’t like was the smoking in the lobby but that is an Istanbul general problem “everybody smokes “ even my room and bathroom after maintenance smells like smoke. No ice machine either.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel’s location is far from the main tourist attractions, and after 10:00 PM there is almost nothing open nearby. The hotel’s swimming pool also closes at 10:00 PM, and transportation becomes much more difficult at night, with no convenient metro service for where we needed to go. One of the biggest issues was that we didn’t have a Turkish phone number, so we couldn’t order food through local delivery apps. We asked the hotel staff for assistance, but they were unable or unwilling to help. This left us with no choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was quite expensive. The soundproofing is also very poor. We could clearly hear music, conversations, and even people using the bathroom in the room next to us, making it difficult to rest. Due to these issues, we decided to leave four days before our scheduled checkout. We submitted several refund requests through Expedia, but the hotel refused to refund any portion of the unused nights. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again, and I recommend that travelers carefully consider these points before booking. There are many better options in Istanbul with more convenient locations and better customer service.
