The spa steam sauna and pool were difficult to access due to having to book them in advance on scheduled times. Very difficult for spontaneous use of a steam room or a hot tub that is always off and must be Booked a day before you wish to engage in a simple steam or sauna.

Overall Radisson Residence is a very convenient option for family stay. Rooms are well equipped, staff is competent and friendly, very responsive. Overall cleanness is good. Something to improve: In our room we had shower system and drainage issues ( partly resolved after hotel tech visit). I requested quiet room ( travelled with elderly parents on medical visit) but the room was in front of staff storage room, overlooking the heavy traffic highway, plus the heating and conditioning system units. Will make sure I double check on it next time
