We had a lovely suite with a jacuzzi and amazing views. The room even had two bathrooms. Complementary bottle water was left every morning. Great location and easily accessible by public transport. We had a lovely breakfast every morning, there was hot a cold choices. the best was the views from the 7th floor where the breakfast was located. Thanks to Yunus Emre who welcomed us every morning and was really helpful. My only surprise was the temperature of the pool. The indoor pool was not heated, so I really didn't enjoy using it. If you enjoy swimming take a swimming cap as it is mandatory. All in all a lovely stay.

It was remarkable stay for my entire Istanbul visit. Hotel has nice view and location. Especially the hotel has very nice staffs. I believe all visitors could experience the nice cuisine with remarkable view. And I was able to access valet parking whenever I want without any delay with kind staff. I'll choose this hotel for future stay in Istanbul.

Decent hotel in Pera. This is more of a 3.5 to 4 star hotel than a 5 star property, IMO. The hotel is located in a great location in Pera. Istiklal street is just a few minutes walk right behind the hotel, and there are tons of wonderful cafes and restaurants right around this hotel in Pera. The shower cubicle was very tiny and there was hardly any room to move. I had the Golden Horn View room and the view was great! The room itself was clean and quite decent. The thermostat was a bit finicky. You can crack open the door window and let fresh air in. The staff were generally helpful but not all of them. One gentleman in the front desk was very helpful(Aykut?). The food at the rooftop restaurant was just OK and overpriced. I found the breakfast to be below average in quality and taste. The hotel has a taxi stand at the property. The taxi driver I got to drop me off at the airport was a bit rude so your mileage may vary. Most taxis accept cards although this taxi driver claimed card fees and charged me more. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by my stay in Istanbul

Our recent stay was a tale of two cities: incredible service and location hindered by a property that has seen better days. The staff truly carries this hotel. A special shout-out to Berkay, who was an absolute lifesaver; he went above and beyond to help us recover 500TRY after an airport taxi overcharged us. The restaurant team, particularly Silvia and Yunus, were equally fantastic, ensuring we started every day well with a good breakfast spread. The rooftop views were stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for our mornings. The spa experience was a highlight. Nisa was brilliant in helping us book a couples Hammam and massage, which was the best experience of our trip. The steam and sauna were excellent, and the traditional Hammam was outstanding. While the massage was top-tier, the jacuzzi was "so-so," and we had concerns regarding the pool water quality. Location-wise, the property is perfectly positioned. Being a 2-minute walk from the vibrant bars of Istiklal Caddesi made our evenings magical, and the proximity to the Şişhane metro and Karaköy ferry made exploring effortless. However, don’t expect a view from the hotel if you are staying in a standard room; you are better off keeping the curtains shut, be it to the front or back of the property. The property itself is tired and dingy. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat. While the staff and location make this place worth considering, the dated infrastructure is a clear drawback.

Good location as it was right at the hill looking over Halic (Golden Horn) and very close to Galata Tower. Lots restaurants near by also. The top floor restaurant provides magnificent view. However, the facilities on site were visibly old and the breakfast only had limited selection. This is of course in comparison with other more modern hotel choices in the area.
