The staff always greeted us with a smile and offered to assist with our baggage, dinner reservations, or any excursions that might do during our travel. The hotel was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. There was no need for a taxi, and just wear comfortable sneakers!! Staff was very pleasant, area alittle loud as expected, and rooms were clean but small.

Great option in Sultanahmet, close to the main places in the Old City - near to the Grand Bazar and 10 minutes walking distance from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Cisterns. The hotel staff is very helpful and always willing to help, the room was clean, the bed is very comfortable, good shower. Breakfast is well served and varied, although Turkish influence predominates. I really liked the experience and would stay there again!

Wow. Amazing staff and amazing location. Berat and Veysel at front desk and Omer were simply amazing. They handled everything from our airport transportation to local guidance make our stay an amazing one. Location is great. About 5 mins to Grand Bazar and 5-6 minutes to Blue Mosque. Thank you for making our first trip to Istanbul an amazing one.

The entire staff was very friendly but also the front desk person, Veysel was very helpful with anything that we needed from shopping tips, transportatipn help to tour reservations. He made everything very pleasurable and even saved us some money. Would recommend.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and perfect for a city break. Walking distance to tram (T1 line) and main tourist site (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia). I recommend getting the IstanbulKart for getting around on public transport.

I would highly recommend this place since the staff was very helpful. Our sincere Thanks goes to Vegsel, Belut and Rashad for taking their time to provide info. regarding tours, transportation and also giving us a great discounts on some of the tourist attraction like Hamam Bath, Bursa Tours and shopping etc. I could say that we really enjoyed our stay in Istanbul and also this place is really closer to most of the attraction like grand bazar, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi place and to cruise lines etc.(6 to 10 min. walking distance to most of the attraction).
