We spent 3 nights at Primero. Great location & walking distance to tourist attractions like Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cisterns etc. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. Good breakfast with great selection and something different on offer every day. Ozkar on reception was professional and very knowledgable about the area. We renamed him to #1 as he is just the best!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely property.

I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding. My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. The hotel was close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Gran Bazaar and with MANY restaurant and shopping options. Would highly recommend. We did have some electrical issues in the room but we were able to deal with it.

Great location for tours. The restaurants nearby are excellent especially the little cafe a few doors down. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ok and the rooms were spacious enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Primero Hotel! The hotel is strategically located and close to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are good sized and comfortable.
