Great clean place to stay in the heart of Old City

Clean hotel - not the fanciest but the front desk is very helpful and kind. The breakfast has a great view - highly recommend.

Great hotel experience. Our room also had an incredible view of the Sea of Marmara and we loved watching the ships lining up to head into the Bosporous. Breakfast included and was a quick walk to all the sites of old town. The staff was also incredibly friendly and eager to assist.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and we received great service throughout our stay. The view is fantastic, especially the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. The location is close to many big attractions. However the rooms are dated and the bathrooms moldy. The internet was unreliable and constantly cutting out. The AC really struggled to cool our room in summer.

They advertise a Restaurant and bar the hotel has neither The rooms are tidy but not reallly cleaned there was debris on the floor from prior guest. If you want to walk to the Grand Bazzar you have to walk up a long steep hill. Breakfast buffet was very limited. The taxi drivers were constantly trying to take advantage of you by overcharging. Our room did have a great view of the wateer from the front window and a view of a collasped roof out the other. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly and helped us our whole stay.

Cars cannot get to the property so you have to walk up a hill to get to it. We came to the property and they were under construction. They told us they would bw moving is to their sister hotel. When we got there we were put in a much smaller room then what we paid for. We were told that the following day we would get upgraded and we were just moved up a floor with the same tiny room. We did not get qhat we paid for. They baited us with the hotel and switch us to a lower hotel that would have been a fraction of the cost. We left the hotel after two days.

The Hotel had kind friendly and helpful staff. In particular, the manager was happy to accomodate our additional requests. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a large seated shower area - hammam style. We would definitely stay again.

Toilet papers need to be put on the bin, but the bin was not emptied during the visit. The shower was broken, all the water leeked from showerhose. Breakfast was very poor. For 4* you definetely should have better service and cleaning.
