From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Every member of the team went above and beyond, offering helpful local tips and assisting us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The room was cozy, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s rest. There was a minor issue with the shower, as the floor would get quite wet after use. However, the housekeeping team refreshed the towels daily and ensured everything was left dry, which made all the difference and these are just small details compared to all the positives. The sheets were not of the highest quality, but they were spotlessly clean. Overall, the warmth and dedication of the team turned our trip into a truly enjoyable experience. We would not hesitate to return.

Location and staff make it ideal

Check-in was easy. Erhun was very helpful. Space in room is different but well thought out. Comfortably fit 2 adults and 1 teen in a quadruple room with inner balcony. Great location. Wish we had more time here but flying out today.

A lot of bang for your buck

Due to no fault of the hotel I missed the first few days of my stay which wasn’t refundable but they helped me with my business needs in extending my check out and offering all the help they could. A really cool place that was more like an apartment for the money of a hostel.

Property is conveniently located in the Taksim/Istiklal area, however, the noise level is ridiculously high. I was unable to sleep most nights, because of the noise from the streets and nearby rooms. Hotel should look to see if they can reduce noise by soundproofing their rooms.

the hotel was ok. The breakfast was ok not much variety of food. When we arrived to the hotel the person was there didn't helped us with Luggage we had to take them up to the 4 th floor with 3 kids also after check out the stuff didn't even offer the help with our luggages which is unacceptable. when I asked for new towels the receptionist told me to wait until morning ti get new ones
