Brilliant service, would highly recommend, the staff there are very polite and professional and ready to help at the first instance you ask, the breakfast was also good too, lots of options and the manager at the breakfast hall is very welcoming, the location is perfect close to everything you could want, would book there again definitely

Friendly place to stay and brilliantly located for shopping and dining around Beyoğlu, Galata, Karaköy, up towards Taksim too - just mind the hills! Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast fine. Gym is nice to have but could do with updating and fixing equipment.

Always remember what you pay and what you get . for couple its a good places like bar & clubs . for families its also good . Breakfast is very very average not too high .

Nice place at a third price. Would definitely stay here again. Would not have found it without maps navigation, but nice room and breakfast, friendly staff (though you might have to wait for someone at reception).

Very happy with our stay. Would recommend Nuru Ziya for a decent sized family room, proximity to transport and walk up to istiklal or down to the water. Lots of choices for food nearby yet quiet area. Services to airport reliable and staff organised tours for us.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Every member of the team went above and beyond, offering helpful local tips and assisting us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The room was cozy, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s rest. There was a minor issue with the shower, as the floor would get quite wet after use. However, the housekeeping team refreshed the towels daily and ensured everything was left dry, which made all the difference and these are just small details compared to all the positives. The sheets were not of the highest quality, but they were spotlessly clean. Overall, the warmth and dedication of the team turned our trip into a truly enjoyable experience. We would not hesitate to return.

Our stay was really nice. The staff was friendly and helped us wi the everything we needed. We arrived very late (around 3 am) and we could checkin without issue. They also helped us keeping our luggage the day of our check out. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Location is excellent, really nice area for our stay in Istanbul. One thing that could be improved is that the external black out for one of our windows didn’t work.

Lovely hotel, amazing location but a bit difficult to get Ubers or taxis. Close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and others. Staff was kind and attentive. Hotel breakfast was excellent.
