The staff were very helpful and caring people. frankly, they guided me for all my needs. The location of the hotel was very nice and it was very affordable. The location is nice, I didn't have any transportation problems. also there was not much noise around, there was a city view. There were many shops for shopping in the surrounding area. employees are great! they help you with your every problem. I wanted to spend New Year's Eve in Istanbul and I chose this facility. They definitely made me very happy. The room I stayed in was very clean and wonderful. I said while checking in that I prefer the top floors. I came to the hotel by taxi. The location of the hotel was very nice, I came quickly and did not get stuck in traffic. When I entered, the friendly staff greeted me. First of all, Istanbul is a very cultural city in every respect. You should definitely visit this city. I chose this facility on this trip. When you look at the facility from the outside, it is a very big hotel. As soon as you enter the door, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After registering, I came to my room accompanied by a staff member. The most important thing I noticed from the moment I entered the room was the smell of the room. The room smelled very clean and everything was very clean. During the day I stayed, I did not have any problems with the hotel or the staff. Also, the prices were affordable. I preferred public transportation for transportation, because the location is very nice, it was close to historical museums and palaces. The resort also had its own valet parking.
