It's a very beautiful hotel, I loved it. The service is excellent, the staff are very good, friendly, and warm. I am very pleased. The service is perfect, the chefs, supervisors, and managers are wonderful people. The cleanliness is excellent, the order and quality are top-notch, first-class. The rooms are very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The cleanliness is impeccable, I was amazed. The open buffet breakfast was very varied. The view from the room was fantastic, and the location is very close to Taksim Square and all the shopping centers. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was super clean from the lobby to the rooms. I loved the attention to details. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They make you feel like a family member from the first sight. The hotel is situated in the heart of Taksim . Very conveniently situated. Close to most attractions, shops and restaurants. If given the opportunity to come back to Istanbul, this is the place I’m staying in . The front desk gentleman ( which I forgot his name, and he could be the owner ) was nothing short of AMAZING . Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Nexus Hotel - a supposedly 5-star property, and to the extent we stayed and consumed the services - it lived up to its expectations. The reception was smooth, efficient and the courteous staff took our bags the moment we got off the taxi at the arrival gate. The reception personnel were quite friendly, and wore a nice smile on their faces. Our bags were shifted to our room. The room was quite big - quite when I say this - that means you could literally walk in the room. The washroom was also huge. There was a jacuzzi as well. Drinking water was free, and you could get as much you want. The view from the window was great too. The hotel is quite at the cross-section of a major interchange so there's plenty of vehicle movement around. The metro bus station is just next to the hotel. The reason we got the hotel was to get to the airport hassle-free using the Havas Bus service. Havas bus stop is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is the starting point of Havas bus so you get empty or almost empty buses. Breakfast provided was quite extensive, with lots of buffet options to choose from. Also, their Spa, Turkish Hamam and swimming pools were free for the guests!

I recently stayed at this newly opened hotel, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding; every corner—from the lobby to the rooms—was spotless and well-maintained. It is clear that the management places great emphasis on hygiene and guest comfort. Another major highlight was the hotel’s location. Being situated right in the heart of the city made it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul. Most major attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which added great convenience to my trip. My room was comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to relax after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the warm attitude of the staff, who constantly ensured that all my needs were met. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. If I return to Istanbul in the future—which I certainly plan to—I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and professionally managed place to stay.

First the photo on the internet is for next door building . When we arrived no electricity so we left the hotel and had to look for new hotel at 12 midnight. It was really terrible experience even Expedia was not able to find us a hotel we stayed on the road till 3 am . Terrible terrible Expedia should check hotels before recommending or reserving with these kind of scam hotels.

Ich hatte ein wunderschön gestaltetes, hochwertiges und luxuriöses Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und enthielt auch regionale Produkte. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze und sehr freundliches Personal. Es liegt in fantastischer Lage direkt im Herzen des Taksim-Platzes, und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
