Reception staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast lady was nice. The breakfast need more items, same everyday was boring. The room itself was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs more lights, no light by the sink was almost dark. Convenient location but the front rooms were very noisy from the food places downstairs.

There is a balcony, but unable to open the door, its an odd window that only fapes open at the top, strange as a chair is placed at the balcony, did not bother to adk about it, as was out all the time. The tram, metro stops not dar away, loads of eating places nearby, and shopping for clothes is easily accessible. The reception staff were helpful though.

Hotel itself was great, just the window does not open fully. There is a balcony with a chair, but unable to access it, due to the poor construction of the window. Breakfast was not good, so I went outside for it. Near tram stop, and metro station, newr tourist sites. The trams are always full, all the time, no matter what time you go.I stayed out from the hotel, so I emjoyed my stay, not a bad hotel, just need to imprbreakfast.

The location is good it is near Metro,bus and Train and a lot of shopping around. If you are looking for cheap hotel but decent this is good. The street seems bit poor but as soon as you get out to Main Street it is very different. Locals are friendly just conducting their own business. Cleaning ladies very so nice. Breakfast is decent as well. Its not huge spread since place is small but there is enough options. The pictures show rooms to be much bigger then they are but again they are doesn't size. Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel and they also arranged transport from and to airport you just have to contact them and pay extra.

This place is great for the price, recently renovated and clean. The area is bustling with people at all times. Metro and the grand bazaar are within walking distance. I had a problem with my booking because of the app I used for it, but Hatem who works the front desk took care of it, with patience and a smile. Not to mention he was the best concierge, he recommended places to visit that I would not have known about through google.

The Hotel stands in the heart of Aksaray on a very busy street. It's a new hotel which is really beneficial. It means there is actual, genuine soundproofing, especially from the other rooms. As for outside, if you open the window you will hear the common sounds of the street but it wasn't troublesome for me and I'm extremely noise sensitive. So take that as you will. The room itself has the most wonderful air con. No thunderous old train like noise, just gentle calm heat or cool depending on your needs. The bed is fantastic and very comfortable I rested well. I always have to mention lighting. I don't know what it is called but they have functional room lighting, then a wonderful soft orange low lighting which is easy on the eyes and seems to relax the nervous system. The reception staff are professional, friendly and helpful which makes everything better. There is a lift in the building. There is one eating area, and this is one area which could be improved. It's not a buffet breakfast, rather 3 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of tomatoes 3 different cheeses (2 slices each) a few olives and a cold egg. Bread is as you choose, as is tea. It's a modest breakfast, so you may want to go to Afiyet Lokantasi one street away, good honest food at good honest prices. It will set you up for a good day of exploring/siteseeing/ or business. There are a lot of good places to eat around here. The shower and bathroom were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

First, the booking said that our room had a partial sea view. However, this was not the case. The room we were given was directly on the main street, and so the street noises were annoying during the night. Furthermore, there's no sea anywhere around the hotel building, so I don't know how the booking specified "partial sea view" as there's no sea anywhere around. Second, the electricity kept cutting during our stay (two nights). Third, the AC stopped working on the second day for the whole building, and nothing was done to fix it, at least before we left the hotel. Fourth, although the booking includes free breakfast, it's not a buffet. Plates are prepared (the content was identical in the two days) and you just take your plate as it is. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well-styled (although too small for two persons in our case, there was no place to put the luggage appropriately).

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – zentral und ideal, um alles zu erreichen. Auch der Herr an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hat sich immer Mühe gegeben, dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Leider war die Sauberkeit im Hotel eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten jeden Tag hoffen und fast darum beten, dass das Zimmer endlich mal richtig sauber gemacht wird – leider ist das nie wirklich passiert. Alles wirkte schmutzig und ungepflegt, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Nur wegen der netten Art des Rezeptionisten gibt es überhaupt einen Stern ⭐️
