The breakfast and everything in the room was great. The staff were amazing. I booked this hotel because their initial flight keg was canceled and they had an extended stay in Istanbul. GREAT customer service, and that made our layover in Istanbul so relaxing and easy! Reception and driver were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. Got us drinks and helped us order traditional food to be delivered to our room. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service. Great value for money and helps with transportation planning. Most affordable I found, and yet still a professional and eloquent hotel. Recommending to friends and family for layovers.

Front Desk agents, the girls from restaurant are very nice, friendly and helpful. Transfer was easy from/to airport. Breakfast decent, you can ask for tea/coffee during the day, they very easy on that. Rooms are clean, decent size. For my layover was the best option. WiFi worked perfectly fine. They speak English, Turkish, Russian and maybe many others. Great communication skills.
