An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything. We were two girls travelling after a work trip elsewhere and this hotel provided the luxury and comfort we were looking for. We were upgraded to a VIP transfer to/from the airport and greeted every morning by amazing staff. The breakfast was great, in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do and came back to extremely clean rooms every evening. My only slight issue was that the breakfast options would be a bit limited if you don’t eat egg but I’m sure they’d be able to accommodate or provide recommendations elsewhere. Overall, a 5 star service and hotel from arrival to departure. We were genuinely sad to leave and hope to be back soon!

Room was cleaned daily and had good amenities. Staff were warm and welcoming. Fantastic location right - you walk right onto the Main Street for shopping. Room was slightly on the small side and the slightly noisy but I would not mark you down for this as the location is a busy this understandable and the room is good value for money. Overall will rate well and rebook. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the views.

Nice hotel in the heart of Taksim

Nice and small hotel in the heart of Taksim, located in an area with lots of tourists and pushy salespeople. You can't hear the noise from the room! It's quite a short walk to the tram and bus. Friendly staff working there! PS: Don’t book a taxi through the hotel, we agreed on 1300TL, but suddenly the ride became much more expensive.

Noisy Stay with great potential!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well situated to explore, the only issue is the noise from the nightclub across the street. It is loud and goes on until the early hours of the morning. The hotel would benefit from installing double glazing with an audio suppressant. A small investment and they would have happy clients. The decor is stylish and tasteful.

The hotel was beautiful and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were all very welcoming and nice and helped us with any concerns. The location was very beautiful for tourists, as we got to explore a nice part of Istanbul. The room was always clean and tidy with a nice smell and was very comfortable to be in (mattress and pillows were very comfortable and clean) Every floor was beautifully designed and the walls were nicely decorated. Mr. Cas is a beautiful and unique hotel for those looking to stay in a historic hotel but with modern comforts. It’s located on the bustling Istiklal Avenue, so shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel is gorgeous with ornate details and fixtures that transport you back in time leading you to believe that the fictional Mr. Cas did once reside there. There’s a mini-museum on the second floor that celebrates some of the building’s real history. My friends and I stayed in the rooms that connect with double doors. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I love the smell of the products in the bathrooms and throughout the hotel. The bottles were a little small, so it would be nice if they had full-sized pump dispensers to minimize plastic waste. Also, the grout lines seemed a little dirtier than desired, but it is an old building. The breakfast buffet was a beautiful spread with a little bit of something from everyone. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. One of the rooms had an AC issue when we checked in, but the staff sent us a courtesy bottle of wine and fixed the issue by the evening. They also sent up someone immediately to close the skylight blinds to minimize the room heating up during the day. One annoying thing is that the vanity lighting in the bathroom doesn’t have a switch. The only way to turn it off is to remove the card that activates the power for the room, but then you can’t charge any devices overnight.

My stay at Mr. Cas was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of everything you could wish for, with countless restaurants, shops, and Taksim Square just a short walk away. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Mr. Cas is a true hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent location, right in the middle of the busy street in Istanbul city. But with this Ofcourse comes some noise (night club near by) so it should be expected. But ignoring that, the hotel is excellent, staff are extremely helpful and attentive, the facilities look great and it’s difficult to get this central with other hotels.

Perfect stay in a great location.

Great location in a very stylishly decorated building. Very boutique. Staff was amazing from the reception to the checkout. Upstairs bar and lounge was exceptional with a beautiful terrace where you have a view of the Galata tower, the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia while being right on the bustling and fun Istiklal avenue. The manager went out of his way to welcome us and make sure all our needs were surpassed. And our waiter who served us breakfast made sure our delicious breakfast was perfect, finishing with Turkish coffee. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen and the art deco style mixed with some ottoman/Turkish style was very pleasing. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff who run it seamlessly.
