Good overall experience. The hotel has a nice location and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improved, especially in terms of consistency and attention to detail. The room was comfortable, but better housekeeping would make the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and housekeeping service.

Great stay at this Mövenpick location!! Staff was amazing and had great service. This is definitely a cab/uber from main tourist attractions but I think the experience makes up for it. Lots of dining options within walking distance and they have a great breakfast.

Family friendly, beautiful hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is brand new and very nicely designed. Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Child friendly, there is a small play area and a children's pool inside the hotel. Right opposite the hotel is a playground with a little cafe, and a beautiful city park on the seaside with more playgrounds is 5 min walk away. Definitely recommend for a stay with small children.
