Great Location

We were very pleased with overall experience, staff is wonderful, I just wish breakfast staff would be a little more quiet, they chat the whole time and are very loud , the dinning area is loud enough and staff should be more quiet, other than that, staff were amazing and hotel feels like a true hotel and loved the location, I will most definitely be staying there again if the price is right.

What you see in the photos is what you get, excellent staff and location in Istambul, i left behind my airpods and sunglasses and they send it over with NO CHARGE AT ALL. Very good breakfast and hot jacuzzi. Will return for sure.

Pleasant stay

I love the location, employees are all great, the only issue I have with this hotel is rooms are small and warm and some rooms don't even have windows to get some air, but the staff make up for that , I was there on my birthday and without me mentioning that, I came back to my room to find it decorated and a medium size cake with candles on the dresser with birthday wishes, I thought that was very sweet of them and I really appreciated that gesture. despite the room size, I will go back to this hotel, and again thank you to the staff.

Horrible experience , my flight was delayed 3 hours and due to terrible traffic in Istanbul My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm. The hotel reception flatly refused and said we don,t have any reservation with them , even though I shown the confirmation email from Expedia , they just said that no reservation for us . I had to go around in other hotels in the area and after checking several hotels I luckily found a room in another hotel. It was a not a good experience , very rude and unhelpful staff an management of Miss Istanbul Hotel .

Situation exceptionnelle et literie de qualité

Situation de l'hôtel en plein coeur de Sultanhamet. Hôtel avec petit dejeuner continental de très grande qualité. La literie est neuve et très confortable. L'état général est néanmoins vieillissant et nous n'avons pas pu profiter entièrement de la piscine fermé le lundi et jeudi. Dommage que cela ne soit annoncé dans la réservation.

Stay away from this place !!!

If I could give this hotel zero rating I would. Save your money and stay someplace else. Hotel is a 4 star scam. Front desk employees are rude, very rude. We’re paying guests but they make us feel as if we’re seeking free shelter. Whole hotel is a catfish, worst experience ever. I couldn’t even cancel my reservation as they do no refunds. First they gave us basement room with no airflow, then comes the foul smell from their drains. Literally had to beg to switch rooms, and eventually did after a screaming fest in the lobby. Seven days in hell. Save your money.

Wir hatten zuerst en Zimmer ohne offenes Fenster, uns wurde gesagt, dass wir aufgrund unserer günstigen Buchung nur eins im Keller bekommen - und das geht gar nicht. Wenn ich für weniger Geld auch weniger bekomme, möchte ich das im Vorfeld wissen. Da unser Sohn Asthma hat und auf frische Luft angewiesen ist, haben wir am zweiten Tag ein neues Zimmer bekommen, ohne Probleme. Das Hotel ist ansonsten in bester Lage und auch so waren alle nett. Das Parkgebühren nur bar gezahlt werden durften, ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse sehr suspekt.

Super fin placering med en masse seværdigheder og spisesteder indenfor få afstand . Der serveres også en fin morgenmad udefra omstændighederne Dog lå utilfredsheden på følgende: - ingen fitness faciliteter selvom der skiltes med det - ingen tyrkisk bad, selvom der skiltes med det - massage personalet havde mere travlt med at ryge op ad vores værelse end passe deres arbejde - virkelig mangelfuld rengøring, kaffekopper blev ikke skiftet men blot skyldet på værelserne , hvor vi selv måtte gøre dem dagligt rent .. toiletterne blev heller ikke rengjort , og dårlig udluftning i toiletterne . Værelserne var ok, men lidt slidte Ikke et sted jeg vil komme igen - men hvis man blot søger et sted at sove med central placering , er stedet glimrende - men forvent ikke mere

Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage Unser Aufenthalt im Miss Istanbul Hotel & Spa war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was uns den Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert hat. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als das erste Zimmer für uns etwas zu klein war, wurde uns sofort und ohne Probleme ein größeres, komfortableres Zimmer angeboten, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit, besonders im Badezimmer wo wir Schimmel entdeckt haben. Die Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein. Das Frühstück war gut. Allerdings gab es an manchen Tagen Zusatzkosten mo di mi do war z.B omelett im inbegriffen frühstück drinnen aber rest der woche mussten wir dafür zahlen so wie z.B auch getränke (orangensaft) obwohl das Frühstück bereits im Preis enthalten war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, vor allem dank der hervorragenden Lage und des freundlichen Services. Mit kleineren Verbesserungen bei der Sauberkeit und den Frühstücksoptionen wäre das Erlebnis perfekt!

Sentralt hotell i Sultanahmet. Gåavstand til de mest kjente severdighetene, og kort vei til trikk og metro. Hyggelige ansatte og lett å be om hjelp. Første natten fikk jeg et knøttlite rom i øverste etasje, noe jeg slett ikke hadde bestilt. Dårlig start, men det løste seg da jeg sa i fra. Det lille bassenget ute var deilig å bruke da jeg trengte pause midt på dagen. Ikke så stort, men det gikk greit så lenge solsengene ikke ble okkupert av gjester som ikke var der …
