We booked this hotel with not much expectations as we needed a place to stay while waiting for the last leg of our flight to our destination. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice; the staff was accommodating; the breakfast was delicious. The value offered for the price was very good. Istanbul is definitely lacking customer service in many places and this place was not one of those.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed. The room layout was excellent, with the bedroom separated from the living area, and the living room even had its own climate control. The bathroom was beautiful and included a bidet, which was a great touch. The staff was amazing—very attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. The property also has a great indoor pool, gym, and a full spa on-site. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect, right next to Viaport Shopping Center. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

A nice hotel near the airport. I didn't really use any amenities as I was there for a layover, but the room service was good, the room clean and they had bathrobes. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the upgrade was not provided, and we ended up having to move rooms twice and wait around before finally getting settled. It was frustrating, especially as we noticed other guests receiving their upgraded rooms immediately. This left us wondering whether our ethnicity may have played a role, which created an uncomfortable first impression and stay. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and deserve special recognition for their hard work and professionalism. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The selection remained largely the same each day and did not quite live up to the expectations created by other reviews. Although a plus is that if you request an omelette, they will make it fresh for you. The spa facilities were good, but they were difficult for us to use as the area was not segregated. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering women-only and men-only hours for at least part of the day. Another disappointment was that management never acknowledged us during our stay. I’m not sure the overall experience matched what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
