Otelde genel olarak rahat ettik. Ancak oda oldukça soğuktu, klimayı açtım. Oda daha da soğudu resepsiyondan klimaların henüz (Ekim 11-12'si olmasına rağmen) merkezi ayarlarını yapılmadığı sıcak modunda çalışmadığı söylendi, biraz beklerseniz odanız ısınacaktde. Klimayı açtığınız için soğudu dediler. Sorunuz devam ederse tekrar arayın ben teknik servisle bir görüşeyim dedi. Tabii, beklediğimiz halde odamız ısınmadı ben de tekrar resepsiyonu aradım ve biz dışarıdayken odamıza bir küçük ısıtıcı bırakmışlar iş gördü, oda biraz ısındı en azından sorunumuz çözüldü Çalışanların yaklaşımı çözümcüldü genel olarak memnunum ama İstanbul gibi bir şehirde Ekim'in 11-12'sinde bana göre klima ayarlarını yapılmış olması gerekirdi.

Was mir noch in keinem Hotel der Welt passiert ist. Als wir nach 8 Stunden Stadttour zu unserem Zimmer kamen, war die Tür ganz weit offen. Die Reinigungskraft hatte die Tür offen vergessen und unser Zimmertür war ca.8 Stunden lang offen.

Echt coole und nette Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr hilfsbereit sind. Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels ist leider sehr miserabel und der Flur im oberen Stockwerk sowie beim Zimmereingang riecht stark nach Zigarette. Frühstück ist ganz in Ordnung und bietet das nötigste. 8/10 Punkte
