Very clean property with helpful and courteous staff. The property is relatively new, well built and maintained. The only issue to mention is the parking garage. Security staff is never at the gate, so every time you want to enter parking, you need to stop at the gate, go find security person, and ask them to open the gate, which is obviously inconvenient. Overall, very happy with my stay and will certainly stay again if I come back to Istanbul.

The hotel is brand new, rooms are very large , the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in thanks to Akif took only 2 minutes. We stayed a week, every day the hotel supplied with small bottles of water, also supplied with detergents for washing machine and dish washing machine. All staff even security do their job with pleasure. Check out was wonderful and very fast. Strongly recommend!!!
