Room too small,w/c is not working normally and broken,shower in bad condition,dovet cover is torn,torn robe, the distance between the bed and the wall is so small that you have to move sideways. cheap repairs where everything falls apart. Reception stuff and bellboys are great guys. Helpful and fast. Especially thanks to housekeeper Ebru for her help and service. She is great and did everything to keep our room clean. Shuttle bus is great as well.

Great option

A lovely experience overall. Much prefer apartments when we can to living out of an hotel room and restaurants. Apartment was well appointed, clean, and well serviced. Staff to a person were professional, friendly, and keen to help. A delight to deal with. Really enjoyed the experience. Some may query the location because there are not many restaurants in easy walking distance, and transport options are limited apart from taxis. But the Metro is a few hundred metres up the street, and it sure beats being in the tourist zone. A most enjoyable experience overall.

We can hear neighbors talking next door (walls not soundproof). We struggled with not having hot water at night time. We were not able to use the tv as a smart tv (youtube and netflix). Bathroom exhaust fan not working continuously (works for a minute and turns off automatically). We booked though third party and wanted to add the points to our marriott account but they refused to do so. Yaren Hanim was so sweet and helpful! She is the best.

Very convenient place, near metro station. They have a shuttle bus for residents to go to three shopping malls. Mustafa was the cleaning service man, he changes sheets and cleans very well. Reception team were very helpful all the time. Check in and check out was very smooth. Location is excellent as there is a 24 hrs restaurant just a walking distance.

The only detail worth mentioning is that the rooms are located one floor above and there is no elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy suitcases, it would be advisable to ask your taxi driver for help for a tip or carry them between two people. It is a tiring task but it is worth it because the place is perfect and the host Bianca is wonderful.
