Affordable and convenient location (walking distance to most attractions) spacious room, good water pressure, friendly staff. Would specifically thanks Serif, the front desk boy, he is very helpful, answered all questions in minutes, and helped carrying our luggage to the second floor.

It was a great location, easy walking area. In the very old area Galata. Breakfast was nice, delivered to our room daily. The in room washing machine was great, with a 15 minute cycle, AC worked well. Clean bathroom, wifi worked well. Our room wasn’t large but being on the ground floor was a plus. Sharef the staff person was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Le lit de notre fils n était pas prévu à notre arrivée. On nous a demandé de changer de chambre au cours du séjour. Il n y avait pas de chauffage dans la 2eme chambre. Intervention à 23h le soir. Salle de bain salle. Lit pas fait. Poubelle jamais vidé. Un jeu de serviettes de toilette pour tout le séjour. Pas de papier toilette. 2 pauvres Gel douche pour tout le séjour.
