This is such a charming hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable to were more than willing to provide tips on what to do and how to get around the city. They really do try make it feel like a home away from home!

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

Not only is this property extremely comfy, the staff that runs it is all so wonderful! It was nice to end our vacation with Louis hotel being our last accommodation because we got the comfort of having a “home away from home” which we badly needed after traveling for a bit. The staff would drop anything just to tend to our needs, no matter how small or big. Made our stay in Istanbul extra special.

Would easily stay here again. The location is perfect. Everyone was kind and helpful. At the beginning of our trip they gave us some quick tips about moving around Istanbul and using public transportation safely which were extremely helpful. Highly Recommend
