Host is incredible we got in early from our flight and she let us check in a bit early. Room was clean. AC worked well as well as the hot water in the shower. Wife said it was “nice” so take that for what you may.

Great location, in quiet side street, although when you arrive the approach doesn't look great. The accomodation is very nice with lots antiques around, we were on the 1st floor and there is no lift although Zeynep was on hand to help us nothing was too much trouble, will definatly stay again when in Istanbul. Thank you.

A peaceful hidden gem, you'll enjoy your stay here! Clean and quiet, tucked away on a quiet alley, but accessible by taxi and within 1 minute walking to several restaurants, coffeeshops, and Carre4. Also within walking distance of many attractions, shops, subway. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, well-decorated, bright overhead lights, full length mirrors, sofa. AC works great. Zeynap, the owner, is very friendly and stays in the antique shop downstairs and is quick to communicate. One note, the window in my room was very tiny, so if you are someone who needs natural light, you'll want to request a room with a larger window. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, highly recommended, I will certainly stay again when in Istanbul!

Communication with Zeynep was excellent. Check in details, a good taxi that was reliable to get me to the airport ahead of time and at the agreed rate and just some good general advice. Also there is other staff at the adjascent antique store that were also helpful with advice and when it rained they have me an umbrella. The location is excellent. Being on a dead end road you get no traffic so a good nights sleep. Also the hotel is near a host of bars and restaurants in Karakoy and public transport such as Tunel, tram and ferry. Room was clean and had all I needed. If I come back to Istanbul I would not consider staying anywhere else.

I highly recommend staying at Level Suites. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to two tram stations, Galata Tower, and the port, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The owner communicates very well and she was very helpful throughout my stay. The suites are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Mine had a mini-fridge, a kettle, all kitchen utensils you might need. They can also assist you with arranging safe and reliable transportation to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it offers great value and a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

The place was amazing, the perfect base for a truly magical Istanbul trip. The hotel itself is furnished beautifully with antiquities that give you the feeling that you are not only experiancing the modern Istanbul but also getting a taste of its history. The host Zayneb is everything you would want, super friendly, kind and helpful with all our questions and requests. Bed was great for sleeping, room was very clean and also very quiet as the hotel is in a small dead-end street. At the same time, its the perfect location for a morning stroll by the port, close to many restaurants and cafes and you can find both taxis and busses about 4min away. We also got convinced to book the place despite its low number of reviews by other reviews and we are super happy that we chose it!!

Zeynep was super quick with her responses. She also provided three different suggestions on how to get to the hotel from the airport, and told us the approx price we would be looking at. I also later spoke to Zeynep in her antique store downstairs and found her pleasant to chat with. We were there to catch a cruise but decided to spend a couple of extra days sightseeing. The small hotel was in the centre of where we wanted to be so it was easy to walk everywhere. It was also only a 10 min walk to the cruise port so we didn’t even need a taxi. The room was really nice and comfortable, and I noted that it was very quiet on the room. There was also AC in the room that we could control. We felt safe walking around the area, and there was no shortage of places to eat at in the area. I also have a short term rental property, so I can definitely see that Zeynep is doing all the right things in managing her boutique hotel! My only comment was that in the ad, there were photos of multiple rooms (which appear to all be different) so maybe make sure you note in your communication which room you desire. I thought I requested a king bed room, but we ended up getting g a queen instead. This wasn’t a big deal to us, but to others it might be.

Very good with communicating especially when you need help about places and suggestions regarding Istanbul. It is in the center of everything but is quiet once you are in hotel. It is near food places and major attractions and train. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

구글 후기를 보고 예약을 했는데 왜 구글후기가 좋은지 알겠더라구요~ 침대도 편안하고 옷장도 넉넉하고 주방도 화장실도 냉동실이 있는 냉장고까지 완벽했습니다. 약간 무인호텔처럼 느껴지긴 했지만 ;; 왓츠앱으로 소통하며 충분히 친절한 안내를 받았습니다~ 머무는 3박동안 모자란거 없이 좋은 서비스를 받았다 생각하고 떠나는날 손을 흔들고 웃으며 배웅해주시는 모습이 인상적이었어요~ 위치도 좋고 모든게 좋아서 다음에 또 튀르키예에 간다해도 여기 다시 오고싶네요~

숙소 바로앞에 고등어케밥집도 너무 맛있고, 터키 가정식 식당도 최고예요! 다니다보니 트램과 버스에 익숙해져서 좋았습니다. 밤에 산책나가기도 좋고, 숙소도 편안했어요! 무엇보다 호스트님의 친절한 설명덕분에 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다! 뷰가 없었던 부분 빼면 매우 만족합니다^^
