I have stayed 1 night with my mother and 2 kids and I’m gonna book this hotel one more time! It’s very clean, stuff is extremely friendly and helpful, great location. It’s close to airport and walking distance to major shopping center with chain of restaurants and coffee places. The sunset out of the window is gorgeous too!

Overall, this is a good hotel that offers excellent value for the money. The room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is cleanliness of some frequently touched items. The light switches, air conditioner controls, and the TV remote control could be cleaned more thoroughly. Paying a little more attention to these details would make the guest experience even better.

This was another learning experience that what is shown on the internet is often a far cry from reality. I thought I would be in a quiet location near the sea in a new hotel. This was anything but the case. In the photos of the place, there is only this beautiful new building with nothing around it. Nice manipulation. It is in the middle of a huge construction site. When I came out of the metro a huge cloud of dirt and dust blew right into me as I walked to the hotel. There were trucks coming and going with dirt and debris every 10 minutes. Though there is some soundproofing, it would never lock out that noise. So, I left after the first night and checked into another hotel, even though I paid in advanced for 4 nights and knew there would be no refund. There wasn't. But getting out and relaxing in a better hotel in a better location was worth there loss. The gym was ok. The staff was better than the hotel. Whoever trained them deserves a raise and a promotion. Everything else was out of their hands. Not sure this hotel will remain 'new' for long. The wood molding above the bed was already hanging down. My advice for travelers would be to stay here only if you must. There are many better places close to the sea in Istanbul. This neighborhood is quite unappealing. I told them I was checking out after the first night, but they did not check me out until the four nights were up. Guess they wanted to enjoy their money and misrepresentation of their hotel on the internet.
