daha iyisine layık bir hotel

Yastık kılıflarının değiştirilmesi unutulmuş, odadaki battaniye ve çarşaf temizliğine daha dikkat edilmeli, unutulan malzemelerin takibi yapılmalı, bunlar için ayrı bir yer oluşturulmalı, Kahvaltı daha tatminkar olabilir. Kahve çeşitleri v. B. Bina çok güzel bir bina, nostaljik. Daha iyi hale getirilirse daha çok talep alacaktır. Çevresi biraz kötü, öyle bir sokağa yakışmıyor. Güzelleştirilebilir.

Güzel

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzel. Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Kaldığım oda ufaktı ama konforlu ve temizdi. Tek başına kalacaksanız yeterli büyüklükte. Banyo cidden İstanbul'da bu tip otellerde bulabileceğiniz en temiz banyolardan olabilir. Otele dair tek olumsuz bulduğum nokta bazen otel içinden çok fazla gürültü geliyor (müzik, konuşma vb.) ve bazı geceler müzik sesine uyanabilirsiniz. Ancak otel yönetimi bu konuda müşterilerini uyarıyor ve gerekli uyarıları da aslında yapmışlar (uyarı levhaları vs.). Konaklayan insanlardan kaynaklı bir sorun bu. Bir daha gönül rahatlığıyla kalırım diyebileceğim bir işletme.

Booked and paid for a room (35 m2) and got another (12 m2). Stayed 3 nights and haven't got 1 cleaning, even if by the time of the booking was specified that a cleaning would occur daily. Dirty bedsheets and insects in the room. Very poor breakfast with unusable coffee machine. Unfriendly reception staff, nicer people in the breakfast service

Kesinlikle güvenilmez bir işletme

Rezervasyon yapmamıza ve onaylanmasına rağmen, otele girişimizden 2 saat önce aramak yerine mail atarak rezervasyonumuz otel tarafından iptal edildi. Bunu otele geldiğimizde öğrendik maalesef bir yanlışlık olmuş dendi. Gayet rahat ve pişmanlık belirtisi olmadn tel açılarak başka bir otele yönlenrildik. Geceliği 200 tl olan çpk daha kötü bir oteli fırst gibi sundular. Öğrendikki otel gecelik zaten 180 tl imiş. İşletmecilik hakkında yorum yapamıyorum.

Otelin yeri ve odayı beğendik, yalnız giriş saati 14 olmasına rağmen ve biz dışarıda olduğumuzdan 21:00 civarı gitmemize rağmen oda hazır değildi ve tadilat vardı. Normalde büyük bir problem ama otel ve insanlar iyi niyetli olduğundan, zaten dışarıda olduğumuzdan dolayı çok dert etmedik.oda temizliği ve konfor güzeldi, terlik unutulmuştu sadece .

Hotels.com isimli web sitesinde Köşk Hotel'in yayınladığı fotoğraflardaki oda ile kaldığımız oda arasında dağlar kadar fark vardı. Abartısız iki insanın yan yana odada yürümesi neredeyse imkansızdı. Ne yazık ki fotoğraflar gerçeği yansıtmıyor. Fiyat - kalite/konfor dengesi arasında uçurum farkı var.

Liked the place very much

The hotel is very well located, 2 minutes away from the main bus, metro and ferry station. Convenient for all travelers to the Asian side airport. Service is really good, people are friendly, and small terrace, open 24/7, is convenient too.

Gercek misafir yorumlarina gore tercih etmistim ama pisman oldum.odalar reklam da belirtildigi gibi buyuk degil hatta cok kucuk 14-15 m2 falan.kahvaltisi cok kotuydu.kahvaltidaki hersey fabrikalarin gece vardiyalarinda verilen paketli urunlerden .temizligi ve konumu iyiydi.turkiyenin farkli bolgelerinde kalan otellerde kalan biri olarak parasini kesinlikle hak etmedigini düşünüyorum.
