This hotel is all about the location. It is in the center of Kadikoy, with countless restaurants, bars, and cafes within a few minutes walk. Somehow, despite all the life right outside the building, the rooms were very quiet. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro, multiple ferries, a massive bus station, and the havaist-14 bus that goes directly to / from the IST airport. The entry way / lobby is unimpressive and gives a backpacker hotel / hostel vibe. However, the actual rooms are spotless and relatively spacious, albeit simple. The breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Compared to other places where we stayed, it was a bit simpler, but there are numerous options with some variation from day to day. Staff are helpful and friendly in a laid-back sort of way.

I believe the ratings are totally manipulated. The rating should be 7.5, no more than that. Entrance and reception looks like a backpacker hostel. There are NO ELEVATORS. THERE IS A NARROW STAIR. Guest has no control over aircon temperature. The hotel has set it at 26 or 27. There is a thermostat in the room but it does not work. There are bagsfull of stuff and cleaning supplies outside the room 24 hours a day. This may be good hotel for price range of $50 per night. I should know as I have stayed in atleast 10 hotels in the surrounding area. The only saving grace for this hotel is their breakfast and view from the terrace restaurant. The location is bang in middle of shops and restaurants. Close to metro and transportion. It is good choice if that's what you are looking for. But again there are so many better hotels available for less than $73 (which I paid). I walked around the area and quickly found out much better hotel l and I am paying $55 (with no breakfast).

My first choice

LOVE this hotel. Exactly what you'd expect from an old-school continental hotel. Small but comfy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast on the top floor with view. PERFECT location for Kadiköy / Moda. I will absolutely be back and look forward to staying at this hotel for all future visits.

Very conveniently located at the heart of the Asian side of Istanbul. The vibe is very energetic in that area. Location is very convenient for public transport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are rathar small and very basic. Breakfast was good.

The location is perfect, with the hotel being 5 mins (walk) from public transportation like the metro, the ferries, otobus and taxis. The cleanliness is one of the best features of this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially Anıl and Seydi. Even one of the owners comes during the breakfast period so that he could greet customers and socialize. The street next to it is full of pubs which would be of interest to the younger generation. Also around the area, there are popular supermarket chains, restaurants, and bazaars. I would definitely recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed the stay there.

エレベータがないから４階までスーツケースを運び上げるのは大変だがスタッフが運んでくれた。荷物が４つになったのでフロントに２１時すぎのIST空港へタクシー手配依頼。相場は１７００リラだが定額なら２０００リラと説明してくれて安全運転で１時間余りで到着。クレジットカードも可能だが現金で支払った。立地は繁華街どまんなかで地元民に溶け込めるしお土産購入も食事も安価にできる。船に乗れば新市街も旧市街も２０分からのクルージングを楽しめ、地下鉄一駅目にカルフールスーパーを含むショッピングモールもある。５階テラスの朝食もシンプルながらハチの巣はちみつもありおいしかった　外出時にメイキングしてよいか口頭確認してくれる

Otel sahibi ve çalışanlar sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Her gün oda temizliği için odamızı aradılar, ilgililerdi. Yılbaşı için odamızın kapısına küçük bir hediye bırakmışlardı. Çok tatlı bir hareketti. Bizim için tek sorun olduğumuz odada internet bazen iyi çekmiyordu. Bir de otel merkezde olduğu için dışarıdaki mekanlardan ses geliyordu ancak uyutmayacak kadar değil. Teşekkürler her şey için 🙏
