We (a couple) stayed for a weekend, great place, great staff, a very charming 200 years old building with sea view and very pretty garden! It's located in a part of the island that is quiet and takes 15 min to walk to the center or you can take the bus which passes by the hotel (and use your credit card or istanbul kart to ride it). Had a lovely stay, I definetly recommend

Four nights in Buyukada.

We booked a deluxe room but on arrival couldn’t relax, as the reception desk was a couple of feet outside the front door and we heard every booking and phone call. Why the reception couldn’t be moved elsewhere to a more appropriate location, I have no idea. Eventually, was offered a different and lower grade room. After moving, we discovered the room was very shabby and unhygienic. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room. In fact, the room was so substandard that after the first night we booked a different hotel and stayed there for the rest of the trip. A shame, because the location was excellent, the historic building was beautiful, and breakfast was good. However, there is no excuse for offering unhygienic rooms or no room cleaning. An overpriced hotel for what is being offered.

All good, only the property needs a bit more attention as it is slightly shabby. More relaxing outdoor sitting would make it more comfortable. So many tables, could the first line of tables been used for longing with appropriate furnitures? Lastly, the place is becoming overrun by cats. It's quite a fight at breakfast time when they keep trying to jump on your table and eat in your plate...

O günkü hava şartlarına pek bakmadan gitmiştik, yağmur yağmıştı şansımıza çok sağnak bir şekilde, maalesef tutmuş olduğumuz manzaralı oda su geçirmişti ama Emre bey çok yardımcı oldu bizlere alternatif olarak başka imkan tanıdı ve destek oldu. Etraf temiz, kahvaltıları serpme ve güzel oluyor. Ulaşım her yere kolay. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Bir gece 2 gün kaldık gayet keyifliydi puan kırdığımız yerler ise oda daha temiz olabilirdi toza hassasiyeti olanlar için önemli bi nokta. Kahvaltı bizim için yeterliydi keyif aldık. Saç kurutma makinesi biraz güçsüzdü uzun saçlı olanlar için ekside maalesef haha. İmkanlar dahilinde çamaşırhane var yazıyor ama sorduğumuzda yok dediler bilginiz olsun. Eklemeden olmaz manzarası güzeldi balkonda iki sandalye olsa keşke diyor insan.

Otele 15 Temmuz tarihinde saat 14:00’da giriş yapacaktık. Personel yetersizmiş saat 13:00’te orada olmamıza rağmen 14:15 odaya temizlikten ötürü ancak giriş yapabildik. Odanın ve banyonun her yeri küf içinde. Odayı temizledik diyorlar yerler toz içinde. 3 günlük konaklama da odanın ihtiyaçlarına asla bakmadılar. Tuvalet kâğıdının bittiğini bile gidip siz söylüyorsunuz. Havlu değişimi yok. Tekrar tekrar sizin söylemeniz lazım. Denizden geliyorsunuz havlunuzu asacak herhangi bir çamaşır askılğı yok üstüne ilk defa sizden böyle bir istek aldık diyorlar şaka gibi. Otel hayrına işliyor resmen.3 gece için 18 bin küsür verdik asla değmez,asla. Gelip paranızla rezil olmaya gerek yok. Kendilerini iyileştirmeleri lazım ama zor.

Eski bir yapının bakımını sağlamak zor olsa gerek, eminim çaba harcanmıştır ama iç mimarlık ofisi olan bir otelin banyolarının bu kadar kullanışsız ve bakımsız olmasına şaşırdık. Duvarda önceden öldürülmüş böcekler rahatsız edici şekilde duruyordu. Çok güzel bir yapı, fakat ahşap olması nedeniyle her odanın sesi birbirinin içinde. Hassasiyeti olanlar sevmeyebilir. Bahçesi çok hoştu, kış bahçesini de beğendik kışın hoş olabilir.

Klima çok güzel çalışıyordu odalar temizdi otelin orada aşağıda bir tane bar vardı oradaki insanlar çok iyi insanlara benziyordu çok yardımcı oldular orada bir tane kokteyl içtik dünyanın en güzel kokteyllerinden biriydi bayağı güzeldi tavsiye ederim ismini hatırlamıyorum ama bitki çayı ile yapıyolarmış sorarsanız söylerler yaban mersinli ve lime li olan. Biz memnun kaldık
