Breakfast is the best ever I had in any other hotel. But other restaurants not good and not much to choose from Room smell smoke Fridge not working and the ac doesn’t get cold The only downside is there is nothing close to hotel in the night if you like to go get something to drink or eat And everything in the hotel is closed by 10pm. But the hotel is very clean and good staff and the hotel is far from downtown

The Hotel was going under renovation from the main entrance all the way to the lobby, there was soo much dust , we couldn’t use the rooftop because was closed as well and the whole lobby was just full of dust and nowhere to take nice family picture or hang out , the pool area was Ok , the patio was a bit dirty and lot of garbage at the end of the gate with a very unpleasant smell. The room was good , nice view and comfortable bed. The room service food quality was impressive as well as the service a bit over expensive. I felt sad since we come from very far and I was looking to make a nice family video of our stay and couldn’t do that due to the construction work.

A great hotel in a nice location which is easy to access the metro and visit all parts of Istanbul. The hotel was spotless and the rooms are really well maintained. It’s not often you get a luxury carpet in the room to make it comfy to walk round. The bathroom is huge and easily supports couples. The food and drink was lovely although the prices are steep. €11 for a 330ml bottle of Heineken! The staff were really helpful and friendly and the indoor pool was a nice and tranquil place to be (especially in the mornings. We went out of season and although the outdoor pool was open we opted not to use it as nothing else was set up around it.

The hotel is nice but far away from the city center and all the touristy places. It is by the Marmara sea and I think it would be nicer in the summer time. There is a shopping center close to the hotel with a few restaurants. Also , some eating option by the marina.
