We had a few issues with the room and they tried hard to resolve. There was some communication issues and they did try to rectify the situation. A clean and tidy hotel, breakfast is good. Great for the Metro to get in and out of the centre of Istanbul.

Business Trip

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. Hotel Room: The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Amenities (Fitness Area): The fitness area, while simple, had everything I needed for a good workout. It was well-maintained and conveniently accessible. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any requests made my visit even more pleasant. Location: The hotel’s location is ideal if you have business in the area. It is a very busy part of town, so it’s perfect for business travelers. However, there isn’t much to do nearby if you’re looking for leisure activities or sightseeing. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience for my business trip. It has all the essentials needed for a productive stay, but it’s not the best choice if you’re planning a vacation.
