The room was OK, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is close to subway station, but 5 minute walk is needed. If you want to go to Bagdat Caddesi, a popular entertainment and dining area, cab ride is needed. If the room is facing towards highway, yiu can hear noise from outside.

Great hotel absolutely 5 stars. Very nice swimming pool and jackuzi and fitness club very good. The breakfast was 5 stars and the parking was free. There have big mall in the other side of the hotel. Recommended hotel.

This hotel was great in every aspect. Not far from the metro and opposite a shopping mall. Hotel in general was very comfy, clean and had very attentive and friendly staff in reception, restaurants and bar area. I’ve stayed here twice now with and without children and been very happy both times.

Do what you say.

The hotel rented a part for a party. This was clearly heard in the room. Called reception. Would stop at 2400, did not stop, called again, would stop at 1.30. Changed to a better room. Hotel promissed an attention for the trouble caused and did not do that part. even after asking multiple times. All in all disappointing. Something can go wrong, but make sure you recover with good service. Next to this the rooms are always very warm and the windows noisy. Sadly this was the last time.

Everyone’s playing with their phones!

We pulled up to valet the car and the valet guys, 3 of whom were chit-chatting, standing around, and playing with their phones, basically told us to buzz off and park our own car. The other valet pulled up behind us and starting honking at us to move the car. What a way to welcome your Hilton Honors guest! I finally self park the car in the garage and check in. I go to check in at the Hilton Honors desk and he tells me to go check in at the regular desk…He was too busy playing with his personal phone, I guess!! The room itself was fine. It had a bath tub, which was clean and the room was updated, decorated nicely and well equipped with slippers, enough towels, etc BUT THE STAFF ARE A FAILURE!
