Alright for a short trip

The property was nice the buffet options could be a little more western friendly the only thing I really ate was toast and a pastry for my paid breakfast Same for the dinner menu could be a bit more extensive for a Hilton hotel Overall it was ok for a day or 2

I can't emphasize enough how much this hotel needs overall improvement. If it’s part of Hilton, I would expect most of the staff to speak English. However, the front desk staff clearly need more training, particularly in their language skills.

It is a dissent hotel close to the old airport of Istanbul. Still occupated and well maintained. Rooms are nice, bad is good.

The hotel is very poor condition, while our stay the road was blocked due to construction work , we had to move round round for 1hr and no body to help When we contact the receptionist Why not keep a sign board to show the access way to come to Hotel they put all balm on government

Best Hotel in the Area

We’ve stayed two times at the Hilton Garden Inn while in Istanbul and it has been the cleanest Hotel we have stayed in the area. The front receptionists Ruya and Tulay were AMAZING! These two young ladies are some of the kindest and most generous I’ve seen so far on our 1 month trip to Turkey. We’ve been to many other hotels but no one was generous and helpful like these two ladies. Keep up the good work girls! Our housekeeper Kursat was wonderful and very helpful. Very generous man and takes care of any of your needs and room. Some other hotels have a bad smell to the room but there was no smell in these rooms. Great views on the upper 20th and 21st floors we stayed in. Currently, construction going on at the front so recommend booking at the back of the hotel until that building is complete. The only problem was it is a bit far from the city centre and the main attractions of Istanbul which can be a 20-30 min taxi ride. Also, wi-fi was not that great and got really slow during the night but called the front desk and they were able to fix it. There is some walking distance restaurants nearby which was great.

Elektrikli Araç şarj istasyonuna bir araç park etmişti aracımız şarj edemedik, otopark görevliside çok kaba ve ilgisiz bir adamdı bence Hilton'a yakışan bir personel değil.Resepsiyona söylediğimizde onlarda çok ilgilenmedi ve biz sabah erken kalkıp şarj etmek zorunda kaldık. Biz oteli bu sebepten tercih etmiştik ,eğer bu hizmet sağlanma yolunda bir altyapı varsa kullanılmalı ve normal araçların oraya park etmesi engellenmeli.

Klima sorunu

Odalarin temizligi cok iyiydi. Temizlik personeli de cok ilgili ve guler yuzluydu. Otelin cok buyuk bir klima sorunu var. 3 kere oda degistirdik hepsinde klima bozuktu. Gece 27 dereceyle yatip sabah 30 derecelere uyaniyorduk. Teknik ekip bize bir mini fan verdi fakat konaklama boyunca cektigimiz zorlugu siz tahmin edin:D surekli ozur dilenip hakli oldugum soylendi ama kesinlikle bir cozum bulunmadi.
