Short stay

We arrived late and left early for our flight. They arranged a very comfortable transport to the airport although it was a bit expensive for an 15 minute ride. Everything was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be by the airport.

The hotel receptionist and the reservation manager could not find my Expedia reservation. It took over two hours to connect with the Expedia and figure out the type of the reservation code they needed. And still they could not find my booking. They offered though a room for the last minute price which was more than doubled of that I have booked with Expedia saying they have only one room left. At this point, after a long overseas flight and a connecting coming early in the morning, I had no other choice rather than to take a room at a higher price. The hotel did not offer to match the initial booking price or accommodate any inconvenience all this caused me.I have left with a unpleasant feeling that I have been skillfully scammed.
