The whole stay experience was wonderful. They all folowed thru with my request, from how to use the air control because of the language on the thermistate to being excellant hostess at check in and out, pus very nice atmosfere and availability for the breakfast buffet. My second time to stay at this location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located outside the typical tourist areas, less convenient for sightseeing. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the room itself had several issues: the bathroom showed signs of black mold, the water pressure in the bidet was weak, and the carpet clearly needed a deep cleaning. The room size was also small. Unfortunately, the room didn’t live up to expectations for the price I paid $172.

Upon booking I requested breakfast included and it was included but front desk ask for money $15 per person. I have booked this hotel twice and both time same story for breakfast money. Even though there were many frustrating issues during the stay, like the elevator being out of service for an entire week without being fixed, and the ice machine reportedly being broken for more than a month, one staff member (The young man Yusuf) truly made everything easier with his smiling face and very helpful attitude. A huge compliment and sincere thanks to Yusuf for his professionalism, kindness, and positive energy. He was the bright spot of the experience and deserves great recognition.

This time, the staff performance was very disappointing. They seemed reluctant to assist, and even a simple request for ice cubes turned into an unnecessary hassle. I had to insist multiple times just to receive a small amount, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.
