+ Great staff, friendly management, excellent service, clean, unique and cool interior, GREAT shower!!, pretty room, no complaints about the hotel itself, definitely recommend -pretty far (30 min up/downhill) from taksim center, as a tourist you can get pretty lost with the metros because of this (metro in istanbul is really really unclear and metro website is only avaible in english) but i guess you will have this with other hotels to who have less quality than this one Thanks for the staying, i would give it a 9,5/10 distance is the only reason i wont give it a 10 but that you cant really choose ofcourse Overall

The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. Offering breakfast with lodging would have been a good package. The location was good. Close to restaurants and bus stops. TV is only in Turkish. One English Channel would have been OK.

The staff at the front desk on arrival were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcomed and did everything to make me happy. My room was clean, the double bed super comfy, the shower was fantastic.

My stay in Stayso by Cloud was exceptional. The hotel atmosphere is unique and you get that feeling at the first moment you step in. The room was spacious and well decorated. The coffee bar offers a first drink as a complementary. The hotel is seated outside so it gives you the option to start nicely your day drinking your beverage in the open Air. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Sabah and Shayma who made my stay even more interesting.

Staff were very nice and friendly but the hotel itself was not exceptional quality as the reviews suggested. Rooms were too small for the rates that we pay and air conditioners were not working for the whole evening after a very loud fire alarm at midnight that lasted for minutes with no instructions for guests.. Overall it was an average hotel that I would not book again if I want a high quality hotel

This hotel was a life saver. I was unexpectedly hospitalised in a nearby hospital and my husband needed somewhere to stay that was affordable. The hotel is clean and extremely comfortable and the lovely staff were always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is truly delicious and huge variety but is meant for people with large appetites. We ended up asking for smaller proportions. Thank you to this superb hotel that is such great value for money. It was a ray of happiness in an otherwise terrible situation that we found ourselves in
