The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. Offering breakfast with lodging would have been a good package. The location was good. Close to restaurants and bus stops. TV is only in Turkish. One English Channel would have been OK.

Good hotel.

Was in Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton. This hotel was at a very convenient walking distance, but at a fraction of the Hilton price. Overall I am very happy with my stay!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would definitely return! Although my reservation didn’t include breakfast, a professionally crafted hot beverage was prepared daily at the café, which exceeded my expectations.

Would and will absolutely stay again

The staff at the front desk on arrival were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcomed and did everything to make me happy. My room was clean, the double bed super comfy, the shower was fantastic.

A wonderful home away from home experience

The hotel overall is clean, comfortable and centrally located to all. The staff is exceptionally friendly and service oriented with excellent customer service. They make you feel at home and safe during the stay and are very helpful.
