The location is perfect. Grand Bazaar is just 10 minutes walk. Lots of dining options around the area. Staff is very accommodating. This place is highly recommended.

Apart from no wifi due to technical difficulties which can't be avoided, we had a wonderful stay, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, great location being close to the city and attractions but also situated in a more relaxed area away from the mass crowds☺️

Amazing place to stay, everything was new and clean and top notch. Staff are very friendly specially Taner, he was very professional and welcoming. I enjoyed every minute in this apartment. Would definitely come back to the same place again.

Great communication and excellent staff

Staff definitely went the extra mile with accommodating us for early check in and late check out, even looked for us and walked us to the hotel when we were lost. The location is very convenient and pleasant. Response through text was very prompt and any concerns we had were dealt with immediately, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable, will definitely stay here again!

Great Little Gem In Great Location

Taner was a very welcoming and hospitable host, always on hand to help with any queries. We had a small issue with the shower head and it was resolved right away. The Apartment itself is in a great location within 10/12 min walking distance from public transport and the historical sites in SultanAhmet.

Much smaller that the photos on the site. In fact probably a whole different apartment than what we saw when we decided to book. Nevertheless, it was walking distance to everything that we wanted, had a good cafe in front of the building, so it was ok.

Clean but small rooms

The property was clean and the staff was very helpfull. However the rooms are much smaller than shown in the website and did not have a balcony (at least no usable since it was locked). The view from the balcony is just a brick wall right at your face. This location is on a steep downhill and from quite a walking distance from the main street and signtseeing areas. We had to get a taxi ride to get to the blue mosque.

We booked this hotel as our last night in Istanbul based on the fact it’s meant to be great, and we would finish the holiday on a high being my wife’s 40th, we had a two hour delay in to checking which dampened everything because we couldn’t get to the pool as all our stuff was in the luggage. Very slow at getting our room however had to chase 3 times! Hotel is nice in looks and located well. Wi-Fi is poor. Breakfast is ok. Overall I was left disappointed and won’t be re booking.

Couldn't communicate with "front desk" because they didn't speak English. Arranged with them to meet on my departure day at 7am to return keys and they confirmed via Google translator and then nobody showed up or even responded to my WhatsApp. Thy don't clean enough the rooms on a daily basis. Overall disappointing, wouldn't recommend or stay here again if in town.

We stayed for a week, we liked our stay but unfortunately there was no WiFi at all. The host was helpful and nice. The manager was very attentive during our stay and even checked up on us, when we hadn't left the room one of the days. Make sure to notify the manager if you don't want cleaning otherwise the cleaning lady will come early everyday. To manager: We would recommend a sign for the guest to hang outside the door, if guests doesn't want cleaning that day. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay and we would recommend the place. The rooms are really clean and the area is quiet. Close to many attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and many other shops. Due to the close distance to almost everything in the Fatih area, finding a taxi that will drive you can be a problem.

I wish, I could give this property 6 stars. We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a vibrant area close to the main historical sites. To walk to the Blue Mosque and other sites includes a 10 minute walk with a part of it uphill. This is one of the few hotels with a lift and that was handy. The room was spotlessly clean. The attached toilet and shower were extremely good and we had sets of clean towels and toiletries. We found the beds comfortable and clean. WiFi was a bonus. We had some problems with taxis but the manager was always at hand and extremely responsive via text. Possibly, the most hands on manager there can be. He attended to our every need. Likewise, the caretaker is a gem of a person, who was always available as he lives on site. There is a grocery across the road, lots of touristy restaurants and money exchangers. Taxis from the area may be a bit of an issue and this has to be planned in advance.

　公園が目の前で緑が多く静か、空港からのバス停から徒歩圏内（約10分）、スーパー、レストラン、クリーニング屋が近くにあり好立地。 　キッチンダイニングに小さなテーブルと椅子が2つ、ソファーベット、冷蔵庫、シンク、電気コンロ一つ、食器一式、電子レンジがあれば完璧だった。 　テラスがあるがテーブルの椅子が無くダイニングから移動して使う？ 　シャワーの水圧は弱く、他の部屋で使っている場合なのか止まる場合がある、備え付けのドライヤーがあったが、異音がして壊れそうだった。タオルは毎日新しいのに変えてくれます。 　地下に管理人がいて、出掛ける際、帰ってきた際に顔を出してくれる、滞在中問題があれば彼を頼ることが出来る。 民泊部屋貸しのような感じが好きな方には完璧なお部屋でお勧めです。

Das Hotel hat leider nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. In der Dusche war das Silikon stark verschimmelt, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Die Parkplätze befinden sich auf der öffentlichen Straße und gehören nicht direkt zum Hotel, dennoch sollte eine Gebühr von 15 € in bar verlangt werden, obwohl die Landeswährung nicht Euro ist. Von außen wirkt das Gebäude nicht wie ein klassisches Hotel. Insgesamt kein Aufenthalt, den ich weiterempfehlen würde.
