Great hotel , with metro nearby.

Very good hotel. 5 minutes walk to metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good , with plenty of choice. Great value and I would definitely use again.

I reserved a 27 meters rokm for 21 nights. At first night they got 15 meters . I told them and tomorrow they changed room . Floir if room is noisy , bathrooms need renovation. Totally this hotel needs renovation. Location is near istanbul center and metro

The room was nicely made and decorated. The breakfast buffet gave me travelers diareahh. There is no lunch or dinner at the hotel, a flyer to order from to go. When I asked for help the porter spoke English but wasn’t clear about how to do it. When I went to the desk and he was in front of the night desk clerk, he only spoke Turkish and seemed to imply it was my fault. Not what I expected. Welcome Pickups couldn’t stop in front because the very narrow streets and traffic. I had to walk carrying my suitcase the whole block on broken pavement.

Great value

I've stayed in many hotels in Yenikapı during my frequent visits to Istanbul but Hermanos is my favourite. I had room 111 which is a single room at the rear of the building. All single rooms in Istanbul tend to be on the small side but it was practical and functional - TV, fridge, air con, ensuite toilet and shower, window. There's some local eateries a couple of minutes walk away, my favourite being Gaziantepli Bahattin Usta. Most attractions are within a 2km walk though the Tram line and Metro line are about 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed my 3 nights here I booked twice more.

the worst stay ever.. the staff contionously kept asking about our payment and one of the staff held our passports and he said the passports will be given once the payment is done , and we were given a different room , the room is too small than shown in the pictures on website .. washroom isnt clean too and the flush doesnt work .. Overall a terrible stay 😴

The room was above our expectations, it was big enough for us. The location was good, close to tram station and metros, major city attractions, shopping malls, and local areas. However, room service was not okay. They dis clean everyday, but did not give enough towels or sometimes did not even change them. Trash was left for days and sheets were never changed. Staff was pretty friendly, especially the somehow blonde guy from reception who works at the afternoon was very helpful. Thanks to him.

This three-star hotel is like an inn in the middle of the roads of uninhabited areas. Old and dark building, with cramped and dirty rooms. All the equipment in the hotel is very old and broken. Elevator, TV, hair dryer, doors are all broken. The rooms were full of cockroaches. Princel was told many times, but they did not take any action. The worst possible choice would be in Istanbul. Breakfast is very superficial and insignificant. Breakfast time was until half past ten in the morning, but if you arrived after half past nine, there would be nothing left and the restaurant staff would say it was finished and would not fill the dishes. There were two elevators, one of which was always out of order and the other could only accommodate two people. You have to wait a quarter of an hour for the elevator to go up.

My partner and I checked into the hotel on June 19th, and we were given a very small room in which we could barely move. The wardrobe door couldn’t even open because it was pressed right up against the bed, leaving no space at all. Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working in the evening and remained down until 10 AM today. When I approached the reception to report the issue, unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t speak English and did not understand what I was saying. The bed was also extremel uncomfortable – it was a spring mattress that made loud squeaking noises with even the slightest movement. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep all night and both of us are now suffering from severe back pain. We are very disappointed because you advertised this hotel and recommended it to your customers without having accurate information about its facilities and services. Moreover, the hotel listing stated that laundry service was available. However, when I asked about it upon arrival, I was told that there was no laundry service at all. I have a serious complaint about the hotel you recommended to us, and I kindly request a full refund. Please note that we have already checked out of the hotel.
