The internet in the room is INCREDIBLY slow and quite worthless. In this day and age, they need to provide high speed internet in the room. Only one pillow for a twin bed. They need to provide at least two pillows per person. Room is small. I work while I travel, and the room and the lobby did not have any good place to set up a laptop to work. Staff was very nice.

Hotel was just ok. It was under renovation, and did not offer a lot in terms of amenities. The room was clean, and comfortable. Which was perfectly fine, considering I didn’t plan to spend much time there. The staff were not overly welcoming, but respectful. Except for one man in the breakfast area. He was friendly, lively, and very helpful. I enjoyed seeing him each morning. The location was good, and accessible to the old city, Sultanahmet and the grand Bazaar. Easy walking distance to both areas. I would stay again, but have no higher expectations.
