The room was clean and comfy The staff were freindly Breakfast was okay But You could smell cigarette smoke most of the time Property is accessible buy 2 set of stairs which is pretty inconvenient if you have luggage. The DISCOUNTED price on expedia is MORE than the original price if u book through the hotel directly

Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world.

Ok stay for the price range

We were attending the Istanbul half marathon and the hotel is walking distance to Yenikapi for the start line. The marathon start process was delayed so we asked if we could have a delayed check out, we were told this would be 15 Euros for 2 hours but 1 hour was ok, lukcily I ran faster than expected so we only needed the hour but it seemed steep. Check in took a little while and felt unfriendly, it was about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Breakfast was ok, standard Turkish pre-prepared plate. We nopticed dozens had been made and placed on the side waiting for people to come down rather than set up fresh. My partner saw it and decided to just buy breakfast elsewhere. The room was nice although the bed was softer than i usually like. The view through the window was the space between the buildings and looked like a dump. All being said the price was 27 pounds so 5 stars was not expected. If I needed that area again i would consider staying.

The hotel staff at reception on both day and night shifts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The decor of the room matched that as advertised, this was very important to us as this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for access to both tram and metro stations. It is also just a few minutes walk from the high street where you will find a large range of eateries and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay and even on the last day when we had checked out and were waiting in reception for our taxi to arrive, the friendly porter offered us tea and coffee, small gestures mean a lot. Great staff, great service, highly recommended hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Отель новый. Чисто. Хорошая сантехника. Доброжелательный персонал. Хороший завтрак. Хороший WIFI. Два быстрых лифта. Хорошее месторасположение. Напротив отеля мечеть. Утром молитва. Лучше жить в номере с окнами во двор.

Великолепно !!!

Искала отель в районе Лалели, чтобы было одинаково близко к остановке трамвайной линии и двух веток метро... и при этом отель был чистым, со свежим ремонтом, хорошими отзывами и по приятной цене! Летаю в Стамбул часто, останавливаюсь в разных отелях, этот отель один из лучших за эти деньги ... спасибо девушке Ире, которая даже без моей просьбы предложила номер классом выше без доплаты на 6 этаже ... Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто не готов платить большие деньги за качественное проживание!
