This is an excellent hotel. It is clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent at their jobs and were very kind and hospitable to me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The neighborhood is really interesting as well. There is a beautiful masjid one or two blocks from the hotel, as well as a nice shopping mall nearby. There are lots of restaurants to choose from; however, I recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The adana dürüm and the kahvalti were very delicious. Turkish cuisine is fantastic and this hotel does it very well.

I loved our short stay here, the young lady at reception really made our stay comfortable as possible, I had booked a room closer to the airport so we didnt need to rush, the room is originally booked was beautiful, I didnt mind it was kind of toght squeeze especially with all our luggage, but the beautiful receptionist upgraded us for free, it was an absolutely beautiful experience, thank you for that, hospitality was awesome, all very helpful, kind and greeted with a smile always. We stayed here for one night. We got the complementary airport transport which worked very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and told us where to go. Our check in was very easy. They do include complementary breakfast but this is pre set. Not really what we are used to from England. I enjoyed the coffee. Staff were very friendly. Check out was good. The hotel overall was nice and clean. We had a family room which I shared with my son. Yes would recommend.
