After not realising the date had automatically changed on Expedia when I booked the hotel. I immediately contacted Expedia to attempt to change the date without paying extra. They and I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to get this accepted, but coincidentally every time they said the manager was going to be in to accept this request...he never was. I ended up losing my money due to there failure to contact back and decided to stay at another hotel where I would feel more valued as a customer.

Hôtel propre , près de l'avenue Istiklal et mayden taksim Propre Personnel serviable Malheureusement , j'en ai pas beaucoup profité ni moi ni ma famille de la piscine ni du SPA car nous avons réserver que pour deux nuits et nous avons passé toutes la journée en excursion et mon vol de retour était le beau matin.
