Excellent Stay on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul

I booked this hotel for my father, who stayed for a few days on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. He was very impressed by the friendly, warm, and professional staff. He specifically wanted to send his regards to them for making his stay so enjoyable. The hotel exceeded all expectations with its excellent service, cleanliness, and overall quality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and he highly recommends this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

First, the room given to me and my wife was dirty and bad smelly. After complaining, they changed it a very small one for a couple.

Our rooms had a weird light feature which was like a pillar. It took too much room and seemed unnecessary. On our first night prople in the next room made too much noise. We were moved to a better room without any hassles immediately. The pillows were too hard and thick. I had a sore neck every night. Staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. They were helpful enough but hardly saw them smile. On their website it says they have a laundry, however, guests are not allowed to use it. They launder and iron clothes for a fee. However, my clothesweren't prolerly and they were still damp when I got them. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When requested, they provided an iron and said we needed to use the bed as an ironing board. The rooms smelt like cigarettes a little. There were ashtrays in the rooms. For around 1800 lira per night for a twin room, it was not too bad.

Personal sehr nett. Große und saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick. Gebucht mit Jakusi aber ohne Funktion. Wasser ausgelaufen. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir den Zimmer wechseln. Da ist der Jakusi auch nicht gelaufen, obwohl die Zimmer mit Jakusi ausgestattet waren. Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit lauten Bauarbeitslärm aufgeweckt. Boden war mit Laminat ausgestattet und komplett ausgedehnt wegen Wasseraufnahme. Ich war nicht zufrieden und würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Resepsiyon görevlisi güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda ideal ancak yeterli temizlikte değil. Aşırı derecede parfüm kokusunu çıkartmak için saatlerce camı açık bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Yatağın altı toz içinde Banyosu çok küçük kabinsiz duş sırasında herter ıslanıyor. İş seyahati dolayısıyla 1 gece kaldım kısa süre için fiyat performans açısından tercih edilebilir.

F/P için iyi bir otel

İstanbul seyahatimizde 2 gece konaklama için bu otele misafir olduk. Temizlik konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Odalar biraz küçükçe ama yeterli oldu. Nevresimde sigara izleri gözümüze çarptı. Gece lambası yoktu. Genel olarak ise fiyat performansı oldukça yeterli buldum.
