The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are unique and authentic and very comfortable. The neighborhood is full of restaurants but it can be very loud if it is a popular time for tourists. We all slept fine but had white noise on in our room at night to drown out the noise in the neighborhood.

The room was excellent. Clean and spacious. Staff was super nice. Brought extra waters and fruit plate which made a big difference in making us feel welcome. Our room on the top floor had a view of the Bosforus on the one side and Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosqie on the other. It was romantic to have turkish tea with a view in the morning and at night. The only complaint was that the sauna did not work and one of the jet showers downstairs. We were able to indulge in turkish bath, however. Overall, great location and enjoyable stay. Would come back.

Our flight came in really early, hotel staff was able to accommodate us and hold our luggage till check-in. The hotel is located 5min walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and restaurants and shops. The staff is great and helpful. A very happy stay, would recommend.

Hotel with an excellent location. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern are only a 6–10 minute walk away. It is also very close to Sultanahmet Station. Additionally, the surrounding streets are full of restaurants and bars. I would absolutely recommend eating at Selene Senatus, which is located right across the street. It was by far the best meal I had during my trip. Some members of the staff can be a bit unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. The Wi-Fi is also somewhat slow and tends to be unreliable at times. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I would stay here again, especially because of its excellent location.

Although the property was well kept and the staff were friendly. The noise from the neighbouring street pubs roared into the early hours of the morning every night, making it a very difficult place to have a comfortable sleep. The music and human chanting was so load and did not stop until 4:00AM. I would not recommend this to anyone wanting to get some comfortable sleep.

The staff and location of GLK are excellent! All hotel and front desk staff were wonderful…extremely friendly and helpful and offered great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The location is perfect as it’s a very short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and other great sites to see. There are numerous little supermarkets close by if you need anything and lots of great restaurants! The rooms are clean and the connecting family suite is spacious and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable sitting areas with lovely little balconies! We very much enjoyed our stay!
