Exceptional service. Wonderful location. Beautiful lobby. Comfy beds and linens. In room safe. Plentiful variety of breakfast foods in a luxurious setting, with Bosphorus view. There are little shops and restaurants and a small coffee/ tea garden Park within 200 meters. The ferry is just across the street and Sariyer downtown area is a brisk 15 minute walk.

Interesting building with history, ambiente and soul. Terrass with pool right at the Bosporus, good fesh breakfast, helpful and kind staff. Shower fosset needs to be repaired and/or bath refurnisched. A very tiny room, low daylight without an outside window. Window was to the inner hotel hall. For one or two night okay. But maybe / most likeley, better rooms are available?!? Finally, the Breakdance at the terrasse have compensated a lot.

There was a wedding there & the wedding hosts would not let us walk around the hotel to explore! They wouldn't let us take photos of ourselves in the common areas. The hotel was unfortunately ok with this, won't be staying again because of this

It is a hotel with also small rooms, but everthing you need is there. They organise some party of marriage or some stage but it is not disturbing. The bosstop is nearby. The neighbours Espressobar is very nice.

The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5.

This would have been in the past an excellent hotel. Its location is great with a Bosphorus prime view and ferry terminal right outside. The Spanish Embassy is located across the road. It has large dining capability 24h room service and conference capability which is sadly under used. The result is that it has slipped behind in terms of quality of furnishings and service. Needs better TV and channels and improvements to room. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay.

Because we booked through Hotel.com we got a very small room with no chairs to sit. We had to complain to get our room changed and they wanted to charge us. We finally got a new room, with one chair for 2 people.

Property was unpleasant and old. Cleanliness of the room was questionable. Staff were rude and not warm and welcoming. They all seemed irritated and unhappy. It made us very uncomfortable. Zero hospitality. They wouldn’t let us have an access to entire property. I feel scammed. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just make sure air con works begore book

Would of been great if Aircon was working as on the night it was 31 degrees in our room it was very uncomfortable as too hot. To get told by reception to open the window.. problem being window opened into the foyer where reception was and we was 1st floor right next to function room amd where you go for breakfast . They was a wedding on the night noise was horrendous no draft as plastic roof!

The staff was unfriendly, room was too small that we couldn’t fit our luggage. The bed Matress was uncomfortable, no proper bedding. AC leaking when arrived and in the middle of the night, which caused our shoes to be damaged by the water leaked. Staff refused to give us 2 cards for the room. Definitely don’t recommend it I even didn’t stay the second night booked and moved to another hotel due to the above issues faced.

It seems like the hotel is going through some management related issues. When we arrived, they gave us a wrong room. Later, they gave us a different one but the room smelled as if someone just smoked in the room. We realized people smoke in the rooms even though it's prohibited after questioning. They finally gave us a room that we could stay after the third time. The room quality is below the quality of what you would expect for the price you are paying. Room floor was dirty. They have to remodel the bathroom. It's a challenge to take a shower in the bathroom. The hotel only sells the view but nothing else. I would not stay in this hotel once again and I would not recommend anybody to stay here.
