Hotel staff is very tentative and professional. Room is very spacious and spotless. Hotel location couldn't be better for anyone visiting the major attractions in Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! I was upgraded to the Four G Premium which was next door. It’s a new hotel with modern amenities! I would highly recommend. I travelled solo and felt 100% safe. The staff were so nice!! Definitely stay here.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, they were just the best. Booked a room with a seaview and being able to sit on the balcony and soak that in was a highlight. The location was very handy, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and within about 10 minutes walk it was easy to get to some of the top sights. Also easy access to the tram. Loved it here, would happily return.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Four-G Hotel for their outstanding hospitality. This hotel is conveniently located in the Sultanahmet area and is walking distance to top sites such as the Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern. I highly recommend this place if you're a 1st time visitor to Istanbul who is looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service and a great location relative to the top historic sites.

We were just there in May 2025. The location is awesome, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Everything is walking distance, bed is comfortable, room is quiet at night and shower is awesome. Nothing to do with the hotel as we loved our stay…..but we booked a morning boat cruise with the hotel and that was not worth it…just one traveller thought.

Filthy and disgusting room with numerous stains on the floor, mattress and furniture to go with a bathroom filled with mould. Hotel staff made no effort to try and remedy the cleanliness issues with our room and even blamed us.. AVOID at all cost, the Four-G hotel is a dump..

We had a great stay at this hotel — it’s within walking distance of the main attractions, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and they assisted with airport transfers and even acknowledged my husband’s birthday, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the sofa bed in the family room, which was a bit short and not very comfortable. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was very courteous and pleasant, eager to assist us. The hotel is very comfortable, impeccable and modern. I was very surprised, I expected it to be comfortable but older. Location is perfect for what we had planned, close to all the touristy places but quiet. It doesn’t have amenities as such but the city is full of attractions. Breakfast was great, all sorts of delicious local treats. I will return.
