The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a good variety of choices, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available on the 6th floor 24 hours a day for all guests.
We stayed in the Superior Family Room, which is one of the hotel's largest room options, but we still found it to be quite small. The rain shower also did not function properly. We reported the issue, and while the staff made an effort to fix it, the problem was unfortunately not resolved during our stay.
The hotel's location is excellent from Monday through Saturday, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and surrounding attractions. However, after the Grand Bazaar closes in the evening, and especially on Sundays, the nearby streets become very quiet and can feel somewhat eerie when walking back to the hotel.
Overall, the outstanding staff, great breakfast, and convenient location made for a pleasant stay, despite a few shortcomings with the room and shower.
